Our refund policy has been written to define the circumstances under which Planos Branding LLC will provide a refund, the process for asking a refund and the responsibility of Planos Branding LLC in circumstances resulting in such a claim. By registering or paying any deposits for any of our services you are declaring that you accept and agree with the terms and conditions outlined in the refund policy.

Additionally we understand that issues may come up like natural disasters and health outbreaks, as a small business we want to remain flexible with you. Please note that the times listed below are from when the deposit is paid.

Refund Eligibility

• Deposit Paid – project not started
  • 7 days of deposit payment – client will receive a 100% refund.
  • After 7 days of deposit payment- client will receive a 25% refund for the total amount of the project.
• Project started
  • Within 30 days of project starting- 25% refund will be given.
  • After 30 days or once a project has made over 50% completion no refund will be given.
• Business consulting
  • General online business calls are refundable up to 48 hours before the meeting time.

In addition ANY legal fees we encounter including (but not limited to) our $1,500 small claims court fee and any late fees (up to $20 per missed payment) will not be refunded under any circumstance. These will be outlined specifically on their own line item on your invoice if needed. Filings fees, attorney and interest are also non refundable as provided by Texas law.
